Returns
We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unused, in its original packaging and purchased off the Poseidon Animal Health website. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase, this can be the email you made your purchase with or order number.
To start a return, please contact us at info@poseidonanimalhealth.com with your order details.
Please note that returns will need to be sent to us unless otherwise arranged.
If your return is within the return period, unopened and in its original condition, we will send you instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.
Refund and Returns Policy
Changing Your Mind:Â
If you wish to cancel your order and it has not yet been processed or shipped, please reach out to us via chat or email. We will do our best to catch the warehouse before your order is processed.
After Order Processing:Â
If your order has already been processed, please follow these steps:
1. Unopened product:
Email us at info@poseidonanimalhealth.com to request your return. The return freight cost will be at the expense of the customer.
2. Return Address:

Please note that return shipping costs will need to be covered by you, and once we receive the item, we’ll promptly process your refund.
3. Damaged Products:
If the product is damaged, please send us a photo for assessment. If the damage was not caused by the delivery process, we will provide a return label at our cost.
4. Non-Damaged or Opened Products:
If the product has been opened, used, or is not in its original condition, unfortunately, we will be unable to approve the return and refund.Â
Inspection and Refund Process:
Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you via email about the approval or rejection of your refund.
Once approved, the refund will be applied to your credit card or original method of payment. Please note that some banks may take 2 to 5 business days to process the refund.
Exchanges
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.
